Scott??? Did I read that zebra danios killed the rummy nosed and
platies? This will be unbelievable to be as I have had groups of
danios in tanks with fish like Betta, pencil fish, male guppies, hi-
fin platys, neon and glowlight tetras without any issues. But yes,
having 2 danios could result in them becomming overly aggressive.
Hence, keep them min in a shoal of 6 IME.

now, stated adding fish not that long ago, but have lost a few
already to aggresive and nippy tank mates, i lost all of my rummy
nose tetra's, 6 in total, to either nosy, nippy little zebra danio's,
and then to a touch of white spot!!, also lost 2 platy's to the
danio's so have to be careful on what other fish i add to the tank
now, as the saming goes, you learn by your mistakes, anyway all the
rest are ok even though i had a touch of white spot on which a few
picked up, by seem to have cleared or is in the final stages of
clearing, i have a nice peral danio, totally different attitude to
the zebra's, i have a beautiful RTB shark , and 2 opaline gourami's,
and will be adding a few more plants to the tank this weekend, do the
plants need to plant food at this stage already?, like the same type
of bottle the white spot remedy comes in?, juat that a few look a bit
chewed and dying already
