Hi Norma, I think it's highly unlikely that these two would produce viable eggs.
The Parrot fish is a man-made hybrid so it may have some Severum somewhere in
it's genes, but I doubt that it is close enough genetically to be able to breed
with a pure Severum. It's not unusual for two Cichlids of differing species to
form a 'pair', in fact it happened to me not long back, but unless they are
quite closely related they will not produce any young. However should the
species be quite close then they will produce hybrids. As for the aggression,
that it quite usual with Cichlids, just keep an eye on it and should one fish
start to suffer unduly then maybe seperate them OK.
