Hi Den,
Depends how far you want to go. There is a good reptile shop in Exeter that
I got one of my snakes from. Talked me out of buying a lizard and into
buying a snake because he didn't think I'd have time for lizards... (he was
probably right too!). It is called South West Reptiles. I can't find the
address at the moment, but it is in Heavitree in Exeter.
Ever since I met Clem though, he has been trying to flog me all sorts!
I also joined SWHS (£12 a year) which can be useful for contacts etc. as
they know the good reptile vets etc. For stuff like water bowls, any pet
shop will do. All the big ceramic bowls seem to have a picture of a dog on
anyway!
Companies like Livefood can be useful for ordering equipment from too. From
what I've seen, it can be a bit sad down here for reptile shops. I do see
them occasionally on my travels, in back streets, but I don't pay enough
attention, and I've only been in 2 in Exeter. (The other one in Exeter is a
pet shop that primarily sells birds, but has a sad reptile bit out the back.
I wasn't impressed..). It will probably be yellow pages or Internet searches
that point you in the right direction.
If you are after something specific, someone here will know the best place
to go I expect.

Hi Mark
Thanks for the message.
I found Watermarque really expensive. Its got worse from last year.
Snakes gone up in price dramatically and she wants a fortune for her
4 yr old bearded dragon. Even a small plastic bowl, like a cats dish
are £4 in there 80p round the corner. Geez
Do you know of any other good rep shops in the SW. I have not been
hee long so am trying to find out where to go.
Thanks
Den
