Hi everyone,
I purchased my first Corn Snake yesterday and she seems as settled as could be
expected in her new tank considering the short space of time she has been in it.
She is moving about and being inquisitive and is alternating between the
warm/cool areas. When I handled her in the shop and when we got home she seems
quite happy and showed no real fear or aggression, just an interest in her
surroundings. I have read a beginners book on Corns and trawled various websites
for information but I would be very interested to hear of any tips from people
in the group. I'm especially interested in handling/feeding tips that owners
have picked up through their own experience which may not be mentioned on the
standard "care sheets" but any advice would be gratefully accepted. She's due
her first feed tonight and I'm looking forward to seeing how she reacts.
