Dear Kate,

We recently met at the campaigning workshop at the Bristol union, where you said you may
be interested in helping encourage UWE students to attend the Asylum Monologues play, on
1st March. We are also organising various workshops to run after the play.

Do UWE have a student newspaper who might we might be able to get something in? If so,
do you have their contact details, or would you be able to approach them?

The basic details are as follows:

"Asylum Monolgues"
Thurs 1st March, BRI UBHT, Lecture theatre 1 (it's at the BRI, by thye bus station)
1hr play, followed by the opportunity to take part in one of several related workshops (details
TBC)

The play is being put on as part of a campaign to raise awareness of the issues raised by
failed asylum seekers, in particular their being denied access ot secondary healthcare.

Please let me know if you'd like to get involved. We're getting some posters etc sorted so
could drop some to you when we've got them.
