Hi, have just been playing with the vector tools on Paint Shop Pro
and knocked up a CF Flag.

I'll give a mars bar to the first person who can tell me why it looks
like it does!

This is a two part challange as the icon in the center of the circle
is not as obvious as the background.

If you read what it says about the Centaur Federation in the Brief
Guide to History you should have all the clues to get it.
