I've just had to delete a spam link to a dating website posted by the
above user.

Please note that this is a "SCIENCE FICTION ROLE PLAYING" website.
Our clubs activities involve LARP, Lazer Tag, tabletop role playing,
computer games.

Not only are spam links like this of no interest to the average
person who visits this website. They are also a waste of your effort.
Because this site has absolutely noting to do with what you are
trying to advertise, people that ARE interested in what you are
selling are unlikely to ever come here.

I'm trying to make this website a useful resource not just for people
that play our games but for people with similar hobbies.

I am very happy for people to post links to websites that ARE of
interest to role players, however spam is not welcome here and is
ALWAYS deleted as soon as I am made aware of it.

Please don't post spam here as you are wasting my time as well as
yours.
