After getting hold of those missing news articles the other day, I
had to add a couple of things to Valhalla's Historical Timeline page
(297 AI). While I was at it I decided to write a bit of stuff about
what happened in the 277 AI elections, *10 years before* the Future
Party got in, and also write a bit about what happened after the
Miltary Coup (298 AI).

I''ve only just done this so if Bill sees a problem, or has any
additional suggestions, I might revise this page again some time
soon. (I know that I *will* add some more stuff at some point as we
haven't used Valhalla for major plot arcs for 6 years. I'd rather get
some other places up and running first and come back to Valhalla
later, but sometimes you don't know what you are going to write until
you write it!)

For the HTML aware among you, I've also added named anchors to the
years of the historical timeline, to make it easier for people to
jump into the middle of the history (instead of scrolling down the
page).
