Have you tried Yahoo Help. They have tutorials for a lot of things.
Mind you, I personally think it isn't worth worrying about your
profile.
If there is something you want to ask us (or tell us) why not just
post/email it here in the messages section. That way everyone will
get to read it and you won't have to battle to get it online.
As for learning a lot of things on the internet: that is true, but
don't forget that a lot of inaccurate stuff gets posted online. Make
sure you double check anything you learn from the net.
