Hi Graham

Events created by one person in
the calender can not be edited by anyone else
unfortunatly.

However if you create another event on the same day I
will delete my entry into the calender. I only added
the events because noone else had.

If you are
too busy to update the www site why not try to get
something automated like a guest book or this linked to the
site next time you edit it.

This club still
works even if I do not log in for a month! So other
people can look after it when I am not here. The chat
room, photos, messages and links pages are all
automatic and only need my attention if abused.

I
realise that this yahoo thing is not the best solution
for all VE's needs but there must be lots of free
guest book/calender facilities on the net that you
could use.

That way you can get on with the good
parts of the web site and leave the mundane bits to
other people with more time than you.

Yours
