That is a very good question however I do not
think the answer is a simple one.<br><br>A lot of
people over here in the UK use origional Worlds of
Wonder Lazer Tag to play Live Action Role Playing Games.
This is the system that Virtual Eclipse
uses.<br><br>Lazer Tag (the origional one) is a very reliable system
when used outdoors as the circuit does not take hits
from the sun, however it is not made any more and it
is very difficult to get second hand
kit.<br><br>People over here are starting to build compatible
circuits but this is all done on a very small scale out of
love for the game so it can be hard to find compatible
kit.<br><br>If you wanted to join a group that uses a certain
system you MUST use the same equipment as the rest of
the group. Other wise your gun and sensor will not
give or recieve hits. If you were at our game my
answer to you would be "Lazer Tag and nothing else" but
you are not so that is not my answer.<br> <br>If you
are starting a new group it is more likely that you
are limited to what you CAN buy rather that what is
the best system.<br><br>Look at what you can buy.
Remember that most tag style systems are incompatible and
try to buy things in bulk.<br><br>If you have other
lazer combat groups in your area contact them and think
about whether you want your group to play with other
groups. As you can only play with groups that use the
same stuff as you your decision may be made for
you!<br><br>Good luck with your decision. Let us know what you
decided to buy.
