Dear Max, I have done all i possibly could to attract new members (i even put up posters at work in all coffee areas on all 6 floors of my building) and so far only 2 people joined from my company (Nacho and Ashok). I am a keen player, however i am unable to attend every Sunday due to family commitments. Also, just like Timi, i was put off by too many people attending in the past which leaves a lot of players idle. I am however planning to attend this Sunday 5th Oct.   Another suggestion - when you send a reminder for Sunday training, could you please mention the date in your note and perhaps the title too (currently it says "Volleyball this Sunday").
