A few of us met after the Volleyball last week and discussed the changes to
our club.

We are being cut free from the London Volleyball Assocation and will be
expected to run our own affairs.

The main thing we have to do is raise the money to pay for the court every 3
months.

Then plus balls and anything else we need.

It was proposed that we have a system of membership costing £10 to join and
then £5 for mambers to pay every week or £7 pounds for non members.

We can also raise money during the summer by charging for playing in the
park.

We are free to form a team and meet other groups for matches.

We can send representatives to LVA if we are interested.

Please note that there will be no play on February 15th, March 1st and March
22nd.

We also decided that Barry, Eleanor, Natacha and myself will form a little
commitee to organise the club.

We will of course have another little meeting after playing to give everyone
the opportunity of having their say.
