Although not currently a player in waypoint, some of my friends are (and i know baz). I may be able to help with the ruined city, although it would be more of a little town.
The airsoft site I play at is an old WWII Lancaster base in cambridgeshire.
If you want more info, just ask.

From my perspective, the Dagdan culture and ceremonies have had a good
outing on its nature and its feel, this would technically be the 3rd Dagdan
ceremony event planned and I don’t think its enough to capture the players
and give em enough of a good time. The first Dagdan events worked best
really as it gave the players a reason to be there, and let us give them the
culture and a bit of ceremony. If we were going to do another Dagdan event I
would say it would have to be a similar mix of things. (Don’t get me wrong
im not arguing about Dagdan events as I luuurve playing blaidd)
I have just come up with a few ideas on what we could do for a Dagdan event,
in fact I think ive just come up with a great plan for a Dagdan event which
I will discuss with mr snook and get back to you on

Hmm, for the ruined city I'd really like to see an
urban site of some-kind, either ex army base-type
paintball site, or bunker site. Murton park would
feel...wrong, if only cuz we used it for a dagdan
event.
I will look into sites for you if you like...
There was a good site mentioned on Pagga a year ago, I
think it was when we were discussing a Ghostbusters
LARP, someone posted some pics of a good potential
site, I think it was an old RAF base that gets used
for airsoft...
I agree with Sarah to a degree, though A Dagdan naming
ceremony is a *very* important event, it does need to
be tied with some other event. If its not Murton
Park, a Great Hunt would be quite a good basis,
leading to mabinogion-type wierdness in the woods? Or
maybe Screams can finally open a gateway to Dagda and
bring through representitives to discuss the new
Dagdan Empire! Bwahahaa ;)
