Having talked to a site manager this afternoon, I have a possible date for
the next event but I need to check interest.

The date is the weekend of the 25th November and the site is Horley scout
site in Banbury, Oxfordshire. I'd be running an Avar event there set around
the Newgate and the Tyle oasis.

The site looks to be quite expensive (£500) so I would like to gague
interest before I start confirming things. If interest is high enough to at
least cover the site costs, I will confirm the booking and set the
advertising in progress. If not, I will look at other options.

So, feel free to let me know any support or objections to this plan...

Pros are that it is a good site which we have been to a few times in the
past and therefore know quite well. It also has central heating, showers,
and an excellent kitchen and more than likely enough indoor sleeping space
for all players and crew.

Cons are that it is winter (despite the central heating it may be cold) and
the cost. We'd need about 13 players just to cover the site costs at our
usual prices so an increase in price may be needed for this site.
