Not sure how much is considered good for this sort of project. If you can give me some ideas of things you can do and how much they will cost and I can tell you what is reasonable. Not helpful, I know... :)

Yah, need to think more about this.   Im going to see
if I can find something to use as a base for a frame,
probably a garden trellis arch or something, then I
can adjust it and start to build up around it in such
a way it can still be taken apart.  How much are you
willing to budget?  Give me an idea of, say, a
'Cheap', 'Ideal' and maximum budget.  Im comfortable
doing it myself on a cheap or ideal budget, but if it
looks like we can splash out a bit I'd probably get
Jez in on it with me for Artistry and someone to wire
up some good electronics. 
Im going to the shops tomorrow to look for stuff for
making BRR kit anyway, so I can get back to you at the
event, if you're there.  Either way I wont be able to
get to work on it until I get back from BRR, but if
the event is in November that should be fine.
