Ok. Thanks for letting me know.

I suppose I should clarify what I want here. I am not particularly looking
for money at the moment but mainly some form of committment - a 'yes, I am
coming' or a 'no, I am not' or even a 'I am not at all sure yet'. If you can
also provide money then fine but if you are a down as a definite before the
deadline (which I admit, being close to christmas makes it a pain...) then I
am willing to accept your promise to pay later and give you the cheaper
price.

Also remember that I am looking for crew as well....

I have calculated that around 12-15 players will make the event comfortably
viable with maybe some extra left over for bonus stuff. I think (not looked
at the numbers in any detail for a few weeks) we are currently hovering at
around 10 which is a tight budget and not all of them are confirmed as being
booked.

Finally, the ever present mention of downtimes. Please get them to me as
soon as you possibly can so I can start typing up the doom...
