B = Booked (a confirmed booking but no money); P = Paid; I = Interested (they once chatted to me and said they may come, possibly); N = Not confirmed crew; C = confrimed crew.

 

I will be sending details of the event out this weekend including directions to the site and character briefs so I need to know before then who to send these too.
