Ok, I am sending this out to a lot of addresses because I am not sure in
some cases which ones will work. So, excuse me if you get this more than
once.

There has been a lot of discussion about the arrangements for the Pit Fight
filming so I thought it best to bring all those who have expressed an
interest together in one place to make sure we get things sorted in a more
efficient way.

As things stand our original plan of the 7th at Borwick is no longer
possible. This post is about the alternatives. At present there are two
alternatives:

- Keep the date but change the location. There is a site near Wrexham
suggested by Ian which may be usable. An old mine site. Its not much further
away than Borwick, looks the part and is on the date many people have
already left free.

- Keep the location but change the date. As the weekend before is
Artificer, this therefore looks like being the 14th October. I know some
can't make this but enough may be able to to make it worthwhile. Advantage
of this is that some people who may have already committed to Plan C may be
able to now make it.

Now, one possibility is to do something on both weekends. We can have a
camera at each (instead of the two we would have had at the one site) and we
can do a few bouts on each day using different backdrops. Or we could just
limit it to one option and decide what that option will be.

So, what are the opinions on these options?
