It's actually just over 2 & 1/2 years since feb 07. That's means it's only
actually a loss of 8 seconds per year rather than the full 10 you thought it
was. Does that help? ;-)

Hi my name is David. A friend and I would be interested in training with your club tonight. I've tried ringing the phone number on the website for Gary Clifton but I can't get through.

So would it be ok if we came along? It would just be us two, David and Shaun.

Thanks

Hi Lesley

It's a session we did back in September, not far from the club. Athlone Road is a nice quiet road that is in a sort of 'running track' shape. A nice location for some group speedwork. Here is a link to a map:

Hope you all have some really good training tonight. Sorry I can't make it again
due to theatrical reasons! ;-) I managed to get out at lunchtime today for a
longer run as I was really in the mood for training today. Certainly getting
nippy out there now we're well into November!

Hope to see you later this month.

Hi Gary,

Thanks for your enquiry.

The minimum order would be 10 and we could supply you with your club coloured Knitted Beanie with the attached embroidered logo for £11 per item. Please see the attached price guide for further information.

There are several other options in terms of Beanie type, so please take a look at our online catalogue here and let me know if any of those take your fancy. You may also like to browse our running range through our website which includes custom club kit.

If I can be of any further help then please contact me directly via the below.

Fellow Athlete,

It is coming toward that time of the year again where the days are getting shorter, and the legs are getting heavier but we thought you would be interested in learning about how Custom SCR can eliminate all of your team kit worries in one easy step...

We cover both the high performance clothing as used by some of the leading athletes in the world as well as the more general casual wear such as polo shirts, tracksuits, kit bags etc. So whether you think your club requires a new team vest for the coming XC season, or new training tights or even a social hoody to keep warm in before those chilly starts we can help.

Please see the attached example of artwork recently created for COBRA running club. The customisation options to all of our kit is limitless, so please contact me directly on: 01509 222903 or see www.CustomSCR.com to find out how we can help your club.

We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards,

Clare Adomeit

Hi Lesley

It's a session we did back in September, not far from the club. Athlone Road is
a nice quiet road that is in a sort of 'running track' shape. A nice location
for some group speedwork. Here is a link to a map:

As we haven't heard from Dave today, I'm guessing he may be busy at work. So in my position as "Dave's Chief Helper" I'm going to suggest speed work on the Athlone circuit for Wednesday*.

So same session as we did back in September - steady group run to Athlone, including a circuit of the "track" so that everyone knows what they're doing. 4x anticlockwise efforts, followed by 4x clockwise at your own pace. Steady run, as a group, back to the club.

*session subject to change on the whim of the Captain.

Sorry for the late reply Gary, I've been on holiday until yesterday. Although I
currently pay weekly, I shall be buying a year's membership next week.
