Just an exercise in free thinking really, but if we're going to get
this ball rolling, how about we look at some sample entires based on
what we have discussed. I'll put one forward for the book format, and
Stephen can put one forward from the database. At least it will give
us some feel and shape, and maybe give people confidence to pitch in
something of their own (maybe even proposa alt.formats).
