I am looking into one of my books in my library that concerns Pilates
and on perusing through this book i have noticed that there may be
some advantige in certain exercises that will benefit shooters both in
strengthening the back in the standing and prone positions and for
general suppleness and endurance with the Pilates ethod of breathing
while doing said method!
This book is "the complete Classic Pilates Method" isbn 1-4050-0558-0.
