All,
We recently sent details of the above, requesting that you ask
your local M.P. to sign it.
We are pleased to say that so far, 76 M.Ps have signed but we
understand that the Motion requires a minimum of 150-225 for it to
get anywhere.
We say a big thank you to all those who have taken the trouble
to contact their M.Ps but would ask you to go on to this Link:-
"http://edmi.parliament.uk/EDMi/EDMDetails.aspx?
EDMID=30407&SESSION=875
and check if they have actually signed it. If they have, it might
be a nice move to send a very short thank you note via
http://www.writetothem.com/ If not, send them a reminder at the
same address.
To those of you who have not yet made the approach, may we
please ask that you do so whilst there is still time to do it,
again using http://www.writetothem.com/
If you do not know who your local M.P. is, the the following
Link will help you find out:-
http://www.owos.info/how_you_can_help/contact_MP.php
All of the above Links are very easy to use.
This could be the first step to getting some our Sport back.
Best regards.
Jessie and Robin
