Free osteoporosis prevention training aimed at women's groups,
particularly BME
Osteoporosis prevention training is being offered to female fitness
instructors who run physical activity sessions in women’s
organisations or organisations providing health services for women,
particularly BME groups.
The Camden Women’s Health Forum and a partnership of various health
organisations in Camden are running the training this June.
The training will also be available to female fitness instructors at
sports centres, Healthy Living and community centres. The project is
also targeting those who work with Sure Start Programmes,
neighbourhood renewal areas and other partnership organisations and
projects.
The half-day training will take place on June 17th, time and venue yet
to be confirmed.
