E-Guides is a free three-day training programme for staff working in Adult and Community Learning.

 

The programme aims to increase the use of e-learning in Adult and Community Learning through developing the skills and knowledge of E-Guides so that they are able to support colleagues in their use of technology in teaching and learning across the curriculum.

 

E-Guides are:

§         Confident in using ICT

§         Willing to learn new skills

§         Enthusiastic

§         Able to pass on skills to colleagues

 

Each E-Guide is encouraged to cascade their skill and knowledge by developing a cascade training programme that suits their organisation according to an agreed action plan.
