A brief rundown of what was decided at the AGM
The Motions were:-
13.1 Acceptance of the change in terms of office for committee positions
within the National Constitution, National Standing Orders and Area
Constitution. - PASSED
13.2 Acceptance of the change in Quoracy within the National
Constitution, National Standing Orders and Area Constitution. - PASSED
13.3 Acceptance of the generic changes within the National Constitution,
National Standing Orders, Area Constitution, Group Constitution and
Quest Constitution. - AMENDED TO KEEP THE GROUPS ATTENDANCE AT THE AGM
BY INVITATION RATHER THAN MANDATE - THEN PASSED
13.4 Acceptance of the Code of Conduct - REJECTED
13.5 Acceptance of the Equalities Statement - REJECTED
13.6 Acceptance in the Area Constitution for Area's to set up Quest
Groups directly. - PASSED
13.7 This conference instructs the NEC to set the full membership fee
to £25 and unless there is a material change in circumstances, this
conferencedoes not expect the membership to change again before 2009. -
PASSED
13.8 The National Membership fee will be subject to an automatic raise
of £1 at the beginning of the National Federations Financial year,
without referal to the NEC. - PASSED
