11am start, Guided ride from Barnham railway station though West
Sussex countryside to Arundel and a pub stop for food. Return to
Barnham (approx 4pm). Mainly on road route.

11:00am on the Seafront Promenade opposite Heene Road
Join the movement calling on Worthing Borough Council
to implement a complete seafront cycle route.
11:00 Bike Walk on the Prom from Heene Road to Splash Point
11:30 at SPLASH POINT (on the Prom at south end of Warwick Road):
Photo-call and petition; FREE Dr Bike cycle safety check;
FREE cycle training for young children;
SUSTRANS stall with cycle maps and guides, banners,
balloons, spoke reflectors & Center Parcs free prize draw.
12:30 Off-road cycle ride to Lancing Green (2.5 miles)
& Widewater Lagoon (4 miles). Suitable for all ages &
abilities. Bring your own picnic!
