The West Yorkshire Bisexuals welcomes all bisexual or bicurious people and their friends, partners and families.
The group is open to people from all walks of life and to those who are bi curious or discreet about their sexual orientation as well as those who are comfortably ‘out’. All will be made welcome.
Thus we aim to create a welcoming non-judgemental social space with a relaxed atmosphere.
The next meeting is on Mon 23 Nov 2009, then Mon 25 Jan 2010 both at 7.30PM at the Reliance Bar 67 North St, Leeds, this is close to Leeds College of Building up over the motorway bridge beyond Briggate. These are social gatherings with no fixed agenda.
We are about creating a welcoming non-judgmental social space in a venue with a relaxed atmosphere. Thus if anyone feels uneasy about meeting strangers in a bar then it is possible that they can be met somewhere else in advance.
The group has recently been resurrected after a period of inactivity, there is a Yahoo Groups email list to join via the web address below. By joining the e.mail group you can post information about any aspect of being bi (Keep it respectable) and are welcome to come along to the social gatherings.
If you want to know anything about the group or about being bisexual, please don't hesitate to make contact.
