Re: beginners guide

I would suggest that you need connect with the bi community more, this
means several things:

- Attend meetings in Leeds then you'll make connections with other bi
people around the area. The group was set up precisely for the reason
that Bis should meet with each other, since there are are no bi bars
down The Calls. In this way potential partners can meet!

- I would strongly recommend to anyone reading this to attend Bi Con
which has happened a month ago in Leicester, it is scheduled to take
place in Worcester next Aug. You will meet bis from all walks of life
and be surprised by the diversity of the community

- Attend a Bi fest. They take place at regular intervals around the
country.

To get a feel for the Bi community at large in the UK, subscribe to
Bicon on 'Live Journal' the national messageboard for the Bi community.

Subscribe to 'Bi Community News'

Regularly read any of the links from westyorkshire.bi.org

I met my partner by putting myself around in the Bi Community at
large. We were very good friends that secretly fancied each other for
a period. We share a strong affinity with each other in many different
ways as well as both being bi.

I wouldn't bother with personal ads as they appear to be more miss
than hit.

That's my opinion and experience.

Michael
