      Dear sir/madam,

Invite to community focus group meeting to discuss parking in Muswell Hill/Hornsey areas

I am contacting you as you have previously expressed interest in attending a resident focus group meeting to discuss parking in your area. You may have done this by: responding to an information letter relating to parking in July or November of last year, making contact via your ward councillors or contacting us directly.

A community focus group meeting to take place has been arranged as follows:

Date and time:          Monday 28 May 7-9pm

Location:                 St Mary’s Infants hall, Church Lane, N8 7BU

The purpose of this focus group meeting is to discuss any parking pressures the community are experiencing and potential ways to address residents’ parking concerns.

The meeting will be attended by officers within Traffic Management, ward councillors, residents from roads within the Muswell Hill/Hornsey areas and the Cabinet Member for Neighbourhoods, Councillor Canver.  Agendas will be sent out closer to the meeting time. Please note this meeting is invite only to ensure it is manageable and productive for all those who attend.

I would be grateful if you confirm if you can attend as soon as possible.

Please contact me should you require any more information on this matter.

      Yours sincerely,

      Vincent Valerio
