  • I have a 82 528i with motorsport options, the original recaros haev seen better days so I am replacing them with a perfect set of leather standard seats I came across. They are electric and the recaros were manual does any one have tips how to wire in the new seats or has anyone done this before.

  • If I start my 528i then stop it I get a petrol smell coming from the car it is not inside the or inthe boot and I don't get a smell after the car has been running for a while any ideas anyone? also my girl has done 341000klms and there is a noise coming I think from the center bearing in the gearbox does anyone know how hard they are to change or am I better of letting a shop do it...

  • Does anyone know if you can use the spark plugs used in unleaded M30 engines in Leaded M30 engines, the unleaded plugs have a longer reach, has anyone tried this and has it made any difference, or are they likely to hit the top of the piston.
