      Caro Xavier,

      De facto, pesa sobre STP a ameaça de encerramento do aeroporto por desconformidade com as normas da aviação civil internacional. Mas ainda temos tempo para inverter a situação uma vez que é possível efectuar algumas alterações até ao final do ano (não consigo precisar o mês).

      Todavia, a parte mais grave não é essa, porque não se tem falado na outra componente também crítica de colação definitiva do nosso único porto na lista negra da Organização Marítima Internacional por incumprimento de normas relacionadas com a segurança portuária, estabelecidades no Código ISPS - International Ship and Port Facilities Security Code  ou Código Internacional para a protecção de navios e instalações portuárias. 

      Portanto, o cenário é mais dramático. Corremos o risco de ver os nosso único porto e único aeroporto impedidos de receberem certos navios e aeronaves. É altura de perguntar o que é que a liderança deste país quer para o seu povo.
